Hi there, I’m Lena!

I’m here to help you and your little night owl sleep better! When I first started this journey, I was exactly where you are: sleep-deprived and wanting the best for my baby. Adding a second son to my family only reinforced what I already knew professionally: there is no 'one size fits all' in sleep. My approach is built on the reality that every child has a different temperament and every family has a different rhythm. With my experience and my certification, I’m I’m helping families like yours find custom, supportive paths to restful nights.

Nursing, rocking or bouncing your baby to sleep can work well, but…

My 2 Week Support program pairs sleep training with improvements to your child’s sleep environment and routines, unlocking age appropriate sleep! And: I’ll be right by your side throughout.

You receive a custom sleep plan that outlines how we will reach your goals. We will also conduct a 60 min training session.
