For the first few months of my son’s life, he was an amazing sleeper - and then he wasn’t. The 4 month regression hit us while visiting family in Europe, and we couldn’t shake it off for several months. I started obsessing over his sleep (or lack thereof), tracking every little detail to the T. Haunted by long night wakings and my apparent inability to make him nap, my self-doubt got the best of me. What am I doing wrong? It worked yesterday - why not today? Am I making things worse? Is this messing him up?

I channeled my obsession for his sleep into learning everything about it. Understanding how improve his routine, schedule and environment allowed me to turn him into a much better sleeper - and gave me my confidence back. We finally got this! I started helping friends with their little night owls, and obtained my certification as pediatric sleep consultant to receive formalized training and gain invaluable experience with kids of different ages.

Because I was craving personalized and ongoing guidance when I was sleep deprived, that’s what I offer to my clients. We become a close-knit team, and I’m right by your side for two weeks. Your little one will become a much better sleeper and you will gain confidence and knowledge to navigate future sleep challenges. Yes, those will come.
